So we've created a super app which lets you chart your progress on your smartphone or tablet so it's at your fingertips whenever you need it. You can enter your body measurements to see how your shape's changing, log all the differences you're noticing in your relationship to food and load real-time updated pictures of yourself in your private gallery so you have visual evidence of how well you're doing. The app is available now for iPhone and iPad and to keep it free of intrusive advertising we're making a nominal charge of just 69p.
