some important issues about Slimpods

What do health experts think about Slimpods?

We're very pleased to say that Slimpods have been used, studied and endorsed by Mr Gideon Felton, MRCPsych,a senior psychiatrist at one of London's leading hospitals. Read his full impartial report >>

I have diabetes.  Is it a good idea for me to listen to your downloads?

There is no reason for this to be a problem. You remain in charge of your dietary choices, and self-hypnosis is not contra-indicated for this condition. If you feel more comfortable about beginning this by checking it out with you GP first, then by all means do.

I have a twelve year old who, for her height, is overweight. Is this programme safe for children?

Yes it is, but do so under the advice of your doctor. Not because this could be harmful, but because children go through phases of growth, and we need to be sure that the weight loss is advisable, and that the issue is handled in a way that doesn’t create a greater problem.

I am a breast-feeding new mum. My baby is four months old. Is it safe for me to start using a Slimpod to lose my tummy?

Losing weight with a Slimpod, which is a 100% natural method, can be better for you and baby than dieting, which can restrict the minerals and vitamins your body needs. With a Slimpod, your unconscious mind cuts down on the things you know are bad for you but encourages you to eat what you know is good for you.
