Thinking Slimmer's Number One Customer Services policy is that every member of our team must do everything they can to make sure that you are 100 per cent happy with your purchase. We always put you first.



For customer service issues about a product you have bought from us or for advice about which product is most suitable for you, please initially email Customer Services by using the form below, giving your daytime telephone number and a brief summary of your problem and a member of our team will either email you or call you back during working hours.


Please note: The Customer Services team are not on duty on Saturdays, Sundays

or Bank Holidays, although the phone order lines remain open at all times apart from
