How I lost 2st 6lbs in nine weeks on a Slimpod

I run outside these days even though we have a treadmill – I find it more palatable! Actually I get out every morning now for a walk and to clear my head. My main goal wasn’t the exercise but I think, thanks to the messages in my Slimpod, I felt I wanted to run rather than walk the route.
It reminds you that the message in the Slimpod is not just about losing weight but also confidence and energy. I am finding I don’t have those mid-afternoon slumps any more where all I can think about is going to sleep.
I think the key difference in Week 9 has been the return of my appetite. Still nowhere near as much as before, but I am finding I want 1-2 pieces of toast for breakfast rather than half a piece and I can eat 2 pieces of bread with a sandwich for lunch.
It has panicked me a little but then I am struggling to eat much dinner in the evening (way too much food wasted!) so I shouldn’t really woory!
My size 18 jeans are now all too big and fall down. I can fit into most of my size 16 jeans. I am aiming for a comfortable size 12 so still an awful long way to go.
The good news is, after staying static for a week the weight has started to come off again.
