LOGGING IN
Click the Members LogIn link in the panel at the top right of any page
or in the Members Club section of the Quick Links list. You''ll see it in the picture below.

Your username is the email address you have registered with us. The
password is the one you were sent when you first joined Thinking
Slimmer. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for help on
the log-in page.
MY ACCOUNT
Once you're logged in you'll automatically be taken to the VIP Welcome page. You can navigate round the website using the special picture menus or the black bar. . To go to your account, click
on the yellow My Account button (shown below). This will take you into the online store.

across the top of any store page (see picture below) you'll see the My Account link you need. To protect your details from others, you have to be logged in first. The blue and white padlock symbol remains locked at all times to show you that your personal details are 100 per cent secure.

MY DOWNLOADS

When you go to My Account you'll find a dashboard on the left of the page which gives you various options (there's a picture of it below). Click on My Downloads to be taken to the area where your downloads are kept. There are full instructions on the page about how to download your Slimpod to your own computer.

MY PERSONAL DETAILS
|
On the My Account dashboard you can view and edit your profile. These are the details about you which we store on our system. Only you are able to see them. For your personal security we do not store your credit or debit card details. You can edit your member details on this page, for example if you move home, alter your billing address or change your email address. You can also reset your password and see a record of your purchases from us.
