Ingredients
2 x 15g sachets instant miso soup paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy sauce
150g chicken fillets chopped
150g udon noodles
100g spinach
20g coriander chopped

What to do
Bring 600ml water to the boil, add the miso soup paste, mirin, soy sauce and fish sauce then add chicken and poach for 5 mins.
Add the noodles and spinach and cook for a further 5 mins. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with coriander.
