Ingredients
2 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 crushed cloves garlic
8 lge flat mushrooms
1 tssp paprika
1 bag mixed salad leaves

What to do
Preheat the oven to 200C gas 6. Mix together the mustard, oil, worcester sauce and garlic, then season with salt and ground pepper.
Add the mushrooms to the mixture and toss well to coat. You can then leave them until needed. Place them, stalk side up, in a roasting tin and sprinkle with the paprika. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with the salad leaves
