Exclusive: The Janet Reger bra fitting guide

In our exclusive video, with the help of our model Charlene, she shows you the way to make the most of your assets.
Aliza explains why the fit of the bra cup is the most important factor. Shoulder straps must be at the correct adjustment – “there’s no point having your boobs so high they’re under your chin or the straps so loose they’re falling off all the time.”   Aliza demonstrates the correct position and tension for the back strap, stressing how important it is that it’s not riding up your back. What size should you buy? “Don’t worry what it says on the label, buy the size that feels right for you,” she says.  “If you’re a 34B but the size that feels best in a particular style is a 34C then it doesn’t matter, that’s the right one for you.”
Aliza has special advice for plus size ladies and women who are losing weight. “Plus size ladies must have underwear that fits well because there’s much more to hold in place. You need a bra that gives you support around the middle and you need wider shoulder straps to help you support the weight you’re carrying.  “But once that weight starts to go, it’s important to have underwear in pretty styles and colours that make you feel good. “Your bra can give you the self-esteem to know you look good in a beautiful new dress whether you’re a size 16, 18 or 20. Women can have glamour and confidence regardless of their size.
