The 12 week programme is very easy and a Win Win. All we need in return is the commitment from you that you will communicate with us! These are the simple steps:

You provide us with some information about your weight, eating habits, general health and a full-length photo
2
You get a Slimpod/Fitpod of your choice
3
You commit to listening for the duration of the 12 week programme, and for the first six weeks report back weekly online (this usually takes around 5 minutes)
4
After twelve weeks of listening you report back fully on any weight loss, changes in health and diet and provide us with a second full-length photograph

You get great rewards for communicating with us each week (to put towards new clothes!) - see below!

Welcome to Thinking Slimmer’s Slimpod research project, which is collecting evidence to present at a seminar in Parliament in the Spring. It is also a preliminary study in advance of clinical trials to provide research we'll be presenting to the NHS.
The Slimpod works. We know that because thousands have people have benefited so far. We now have to produce controlled evidence. So far we've collected data from two groups, one of them for diabetics, and we're thrilled with the results we've had. Those taking part have reported pronounced changes in their blood sugar levels, weight and energy!
